Litigation

Our law firm has broad experience in civil, commercial, administrative (governmental), family litigation and Court and out-of-Court collection actions.

These include cases in Federal and Civil Courts. We also handle many cases seeking Federal Court protection against government imposed sanctions, constitutional and unlawful violations of procedural law through federal relief judicial proceedings called "Amparo" in Mexico and in many Latin American countries.

We represent clients in judicial proceedings as plaintiffs, defendants, injured and interested third parties.
ARBITRATION. Mr. Luis A. Perez, as "Public Certification Official" is federally authorized to act as an Arbitrator in any commercial controversy.

We also represent corporations and individuals, in local and international arbitration proceedings.

Although not very common in Mexico, we also participate in "tort actions".
